Facilities
We are continually striving to enhance and modernize our facilities, and we have some exciting developments in the pipeline.
Our facilities include a 40m x 20m indoor school and a 27m x 45m outdoor ménage. During the summer months, we set up a full course of show jumps in our beautiful fields, which is available for both clients and liveries to enjoy. We also host competitions in this scenic area. Additionally, we have a small cross-country course and various tracks and hills throughout our fields, providing diverse riding experiences.
For the comfort of our visitors, we offer a viewing gallery for spectators, along with a outdoor seating area, as well as customer toilets.
We are fortunate to be surrounded by picturesque countryside, which features excellent hacking routes. These hacks help foster independence and confidence in our novice riders while providing a relaxed riding experience for more experienced equestrians.
Our aim is to cater to a wide range of abilities. We have a proven track record of successfully enhancing the skills of intermediate and advanced riders. We create opportunities for growth through our monthly show jumping and dressage competitions, as well as our participation in the BHS National Championships each year. We also offer lessons for younger riders, starting from the age of four.
We are proud to coach and host Birmingham University Equestrian Teams, providing them with a supportive environment to train and compete. Our training and facilities are tailored to enhance their performance in both dressage and show jumping competitions.
The university teams regularly utilize our indoor school and outdoor ménage for rigorous training sessions, allowing them to refine their skills and techniques. Our horses, carefully selected for their temperament and ability, participate alongside the teams in various competitions, showcasing their talents and fostering a spirit of camaraderie among the riders.
This collaboration not only enhances the competitive experience for the students but also contributes to the development of equestrian sports within the university community.
